Q: Why do I need a personal mentor or coach?
A: We've been going back and forth with so many brilliant people and a lot of you are right there on the edge in your real estate investing business and just about have it figured out or have almost gotten to that next level -- some of you really want get into real estate investing, others want to grow your current portfolio, some of you want to make that career change, and mostly it seems that you all want to Make More Money! The only problem is you don't know where to start and you don't have the kind of insider's knowledge that you can only acquire by being in the Real Estate Investing Business. In some cases you may need help with finding the properties, finding the money to do deals, determining whether or not a property is a "Good Buy", or a Good Bye", or you're already investing and you're just ready to take your business to the next level. Regardless of your goals, if you work with someone who is more successful than you, chances are their success will rub off on you. Our best advice to you is to always work with people who challenge you, who have a bigger vision than you do and have "been there and done that".

Q: Who is Charrissa Cawley and Why Should I Listen to Her?
A: If you need to ask that question, then you need to go to the bottom of this Q & A and read testimonials that have been written about Charrissa. Q: Is Charrissa's mentoring program a series of impersonal emails or calls?
A: Not at all. You will work with Charrissa or one of her team members, whichever you prefer, for 60 minute strategy sessions each week. Furthermore, you will have access to Charrissa via email and fax to ask questions. Charrissa truly loves what she does and that's why she's so great at it. She also takes great pride in seeing her clients succeed as fast and furiously as possible!

Q: What happens when I sign-up?
A: Our team will email you a form that you'll have to complete. This will be used to help Charrissa and/or her team prepare for your mentoring sessions. Charrissa and/or her team will prepare before your first session so that you will get the most valuable and appropriate information as possible while on the call. All of the coaching sessions are working sessions.

Q: Can I finance this or pay in installments?

Q: I have so many different methods that I want to apply as an investor. How can I work with Charrissa?
A: Simple...you need to focus on one niche to start with. Once you do one deal successfully, then you just REPEAT what you did successfully the first time! My best advice is to start with the project that has the most profit potential or "pull", as you'll likely be more motivated to take it to fruition. Charrissa will guide you through her unique and proprietary 10 step system and then train you to duplicate those 10 steps over and over again.

Q: I've contacted “such-and-such” expert in this field, and they might help me as well. How does that differ from Charrissa'a program?
A: Charrissa is all about results. She won't give you fluff, out dated information or complicated theory. Charrissa works with methods that work…she doesn't have time to waste. That's what she's going to do when she works with you. If you are certain that "so-and-so" has that kind of hands-on-experience and a PROVEN track record, then the decision is yours. That said, very few Real Estate Investment Coaches can say they have accomplished what Charrissa has accomplished in such a short period of time.

Q: I don't want to work with an expert who will only try to push other products my way, is Charrissa like that?
A: It's Charrissa's job is to train and coach you…NOT sell you on more products. She has developed products to use as tools and training aids and to assist you along the way, but you are not obligated to purchase anything and Charrissa does not be “push product” on you during theses sessions.

Q: How many students work with Charrissa personally?
A: Unfortunately, Charrissa has stopped taking one on one clients. However, to be a part of Charrissa's 8 week Mentoring Program, you must call our offices to see if you qualify. As you can imagine, she is typically booked months in advance due to her busy travel schedule. However, every once in a great while, a space opens up and we do our best to accommodate all of those who qualify to be a part of this exclusive mentoring group. Charrissa also has a team of experienced real estate investing coaches with over 15 years experience in the field who work closely with her students to help guide them through her 10 step system to success!.

Q: What if I need to be in touch with certain contacts or vendors? Will this be covered during the sessions?
A: Yes, Charrissa will gladly open her personal rolodex and give you referrals to her contacts and vendors.
