Shipping Policy
Orders usually ship within 48 hours based on availability of your items. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail and should arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping, unless you specify FEDEX or UPS delivery on your order.

Return Policy
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all of our products for 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of the products you purchase from REI, you can return them to us for a full refund minus the shipping costs within 30 days. To return an item, you MUST contact our office at 1-888-250-6616 to get a Return Authorization Number first. Buying Tour Fees and Coaching Fees are paid in advance and are not refundable due to the nature of the services being performed. Call us at 1-888-250-6616 with any questions regarding this policy. All software sales are non refundable. Coaching, mentoring and buying tours are non refundable due to them being "service related".
