The REI Buying Tours are an exclusive opportunity for those investors who are tired of reading the books, attending seminar after seminar, listening to the same CD’s over and over and are ready to finally "Jump in the Game". REI identifies and introduces you to the properties (SFR, multi-family and commercial), does the research and gives you full access to our team of "Make it Happen" professionals who assist us personally in these money making markets. This is a true "Hands On and Step by Step” experience. There is no better way to learn than having Charrissa and her power team of experts there to "hold your hand" every step of the way. On these tours we will be previewing and introducing you to various deals and projects that we have already run the numbers on You will be introduced to and interacting with our personal power team and Charrissa will be there to answer your questions and take you step by step through her entire 10 step process.


BUYING TOUR SPECIFICS
FRIDAY - Each tour starts with a Friday night 7:30 PM "Meet & Greet"...This is an informal group setting designed so that we all have an opportunity to network and meet everyone on the tour. You will meet the power team and learn about how they can help you get the most out of the REI Buying Tour experience. You will be given your REI Buying Tour Manual, Educational Materials, REI Conferences proprietary analysis spreadsheet and your Property Manual for the tour during this meeting. SATURDAY - Saturday morning we have an educational session and go over the Real Estate Analysis Strategies and Formulas we will be using to determine which properties on the tour are "Good Buys" or "Good Byes". We are in the hotel conference room beginning with an analysis session from 9am-11am. We will depart on the limo bus at 11am sharp and we will be on the bus until 5pm. Lunch will be provided for you on the bus. Some of our "Power Team" members such as contractor, inspectors and real estate agents will be on the bus as well to answer questions and go through the process with you live. Dinner is from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. We start back up again for a quick review and offer writing session at 7:30 PM and will conclude around 8:30 PM.

SUNDAY - Sunday is the second day of the bus tour and we board the bus at 9am sharp. We are out viewing and inspecting properties the entire day. We return to the hotel around 5pm. Lunch will be provided for you on the bus. We will meet for dinner at 5:30 pm. Immediately following dinner, somewhere around 7:00, we will meet for an analysis, Q & A and offer writing session. The REI team of mentors and agents will be available to answer questions and write your offers. Charrissa and her team will also be available to speak to each of you in small groups or individually.
Your hotel accommodations and your meals are covered by the tour fee. Our tours sell out in advance, so be sure to book your spot early as we only take very small groups to each city. One week before the departure date for the tour, you will receive an email with all of the specifics and the tour itinerary.

MONDAY - Monday morning all students depart the hotel.

We welcome seasoned and newbie investors alike. We only do these tours in cities we personally invest or have previously invested in ourselves. In addition, we work with very small groups (maximum of 10 people) so that the experience is a more fulfilling experience for each investor.
